Thank you for your interest in establishing an open line of credit with ROLAND MACHINERY COMPANY. As much as we would like to allow the entire application process to be completed online, legal restrictions dictate that we have a signed document on file.
To make the application process as easy and fast as possible, the credit application document is available here for downloading and printing. Simply click on the graphic at left, and your browser will open the application form. Please thoroughly complete the form and mail or fax it to the Credit Department at our DePere, Wisconsin office.
The Credit Application is in the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF)™. This document can be viewed on most computers with Adobe Acrobat Reader™. If this software is not already installed on your computer, you may download it for free by selecting the icon at right.
If your operation is Sales Tax exempt, please include the sales tax exempt forms applicable to your tax jurisdiction. Simply select the applicable state from the drop-down list and complete the form to submit along with your credit application:
