Roland Machinery Company is a progressive construction equipment sales company which has been in business for more than 50 years. We have 15 locations covering 5 states.

We are looking to add to our growing service technician team in Escanaba Michigan. We seek a qualified candidate to cover the eastern half of the U.P. of Michigan and the northern half of Lower Michigan.

The ideal candidate must have a forestry/construction equipment field repair background with excellent organization and communication skills. The successful applicant must be a self starter, outgoing and have the drive to satisfy the needs of our growing customer base. A CDL, clean driving record, and basic computer skills are a must.
