ROLAND MACHINERY COMPANY is pleased to offer you our new Go Paperless option.
By clicking on the "Go Paperless" graphic at right, and registering for our new customer portal, you can start having your month-end statement and daily invoices e-mailed directly to you. This service also allows you to access your account information on-line 24/7 so you can conduct your business when the time is right for you.
The registration process is quick and easy. Simply click on the "Sign Up" link at right and follow the step by step instructions. Make sure to have your Roland Machinery account number handy when registering. If your account number includes leading 0's (i.e. 001212) or an alpha character (F9999) please be sure to enter all the leading 0's and/or the alpha character.
With this service, you can select from the following delivery options:
- You can have your statement and all your invoices sent to you in a single PDF file.
- You can receive a single e-mail with a separate PDF file created for each invoice and your month-end statement.
- We can send you an e-mail notification that a statement or invoice has been generated. You can then retrieve the documents on-line at your convenience.
After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a Welcome E-mail with your new User ID and a Temporary Password. When entering the system for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
